Ride Launch

The Start of the 70-Day Journey Begins May 16, 2026!

The 2026 Ride Launch will begin with our customary Send-Off ceremony and remarks at 8:00 am. The Ride Launch of the 2026 team’s summer journey from Austin, TX, to Anchorage, AK, will follow at 10:30am.

DATE AND TIME: Saturday, May 16th 2026, 8:00am-10:30am

LOCATION OF RIDE LAUNCH PROGRAM: To Be Determined

BRING: Refillable water bottles, lawn chairs or blankets for a comfortable experience during the brief program. We have moved the event inside but chairs might be limited.

• 10:30 am: Ride Launch of the Texas 4000 for Cancer 70-day Cancer-Fighting Journey to Anchorage, AK
