The small staff at Texas 4000 could benefit from the help of volunteers with various administrative tasks. From working on spreadsheets and data input, stuffing envelopes to folding tax receipts and organizing merchandise, we can put you to work! During the pandemic, there are opportunities to do work on your computer from anyplace.

Every year Texas 4000 hosts the ATLAS Ride, a 500+ person community ride that sends of the current team on the first day of their 70-day journey. We have a volunteer planning committee who plans every aspect of the day, including ride logistics, event sponsorship, finish line celebration, and more. The Tribute Gala is a cherished annual Texas 4000 event that serves as a welcome home party for the current team. More than 500 guests gather for dinner, silent and live auctions, video presentations and dancing. Our volunteer planning committee starts working months in advance on a theme, decorations, invitations, auction item solicitation, event sponsorship, public relations, volunteer coordination and more.
