Overview

The day prior to the ATLAS Ride and the first day of the Summer Ride is officially referred to as “Day Zero.” The Texas 4000 team receives a first-class salute as they ride through Austin for the unofficial send-off before departing on their cancer fighting journey. Dignitaries, civic leaders, philanthropists, and media join friends and family to recognize and applaud the riders for all they are doing in the fight against cancer.

Day Zero is a FREE EVENT and the program will begin at 8:00am, at The University of Texas at Austin, in the Engineering Education & Research Center’s (EER) Mulva Auditorium (Room #0.904). Metered parking is available along Dean Keaton near San Jacinto and in the San Jacinto Parking Garage near the EER building. We ask that all guest please register below so that we can maintain a headcount and share event details and COVID protocols as the event date draws closer.
