I'm a 21 year old English major at the University of Texas at Austin. It's kind of hard to say where I'm from; I've lived in Philadelphia, Singapore, Toronto, Miami, St. Petersburg, and Dallas. I'm not a fan of settling down in one place, needless to say. When I'm not deluged with work, I paint, read, and enjoy being with friends.

My other interests include; pretzels, shade, gin and tonic, wiget (my cat), rock and roll, open windows, free samples, Turkish Star Wars, being crescent fresh, red lights, circuit bending, and art.

Though I've only been in Austin for college, the city's energy to fight for higher causes has kept me rapt. If there was ever an epicentre to make a colossal positive change in people's lives, Austin is surely it. I'm looking forward to working with the other riders to raise money for cancer research. My grandmother had a long struggle with stomach cancer, and a 4000 mile ride is not too much to give to prevent even just one other person from suffering the same.
