I was born twenty-one years ago to two wonderful parents, Beau and Laurie, and I grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth suburb of Mansfield, Texas. My fondest childhood memories usually involve spending summer days on the Brazos River or trying to find something interesting to do with my two fabulous sisters, Peyton and Rayna. I am currently in my fourth and final year at UT, studying biomedical engineering, which I think is the coolest major because you get to spend all of your time learning how to make people healthier and happier with science and technology.

After I graduate, I want to attend medical school and then work as a physician in some sort of specialty that is yet to be decided. I have a great job as a medical assistant at a pediatric office where I get to see the cutest babies all day long. I love the outdoors, specifically hiking and backpacking, and have a life goal of visiting all 58 US National Parks. Needless to say, I am pretty excited about biking across the continent. I spend my free time enjoying Austin, reading books without equations, doing crossword puzzles, listening to music, and playing Scrabble. I am so grateful for my wonderful friends and family, but special thanks are definitely deserved to Stuart, my ever-supportive parents, and of course PeyPey and RayRay.
