Glad I trained on a stationary bike; it makes the real outdoor sessions so much more amazing. Who needs music when there's the symphony of nature all around you?

Rode all around Williamson County today. Gorgeous roads, some magnificent overlooks, challenging hills. I highly recommend the Georgetown area for training.

Sierrans, we only have seven days left to spend with each other. We Roxies are sure gonna miss y'all. Sad day. I'm going to cherish this upcoming CT4K week.

I'm ready to go. My energy level and spirits are high. Let's DO this, y'all!
