by Lily Gross Dec 05, 2005 So I've been going to Gregory gym at least every other day for the past week-and-a-half... and I feel great! Crew was an ideal way to prepare for the leap to cycling, but I must say that my body's toning is much more fruitful from getting on the stationery bike than when I was rowing. I guess because cycling is more aerobic? Regardless, I feel wonderful! I'm working my way up to hour-long rides, then I'll graduate from there. I get about 10 miles in 30 minutes, which Vanessa the fitness coordinator says is really good. I've been getting my heart rate up to around 160, average. So yay for that! And can I get an 'Amen' to a 'Hip hip hoorah' for endorphines?! :) Nature's Prozac, ha ha...
