a SAG story

So it is day 5 and what did i do? I admit it, i jumped in the ole SAG.

THE SETTING:

we were midly lost in Ft Worth. after completing about 45 miles we finally stopped for directions and were informed that we were still about 90 - 100 miles away from our destination. (sort of a depressing thought when you are still lost)

THE REASONING:

To make myself feel better i decided that i would sag now, so in about 60 miles other could sag in and i would ride. Yea right, once you enter the car you never get out.

SOME THINGS LEARNED:

-It is much easier to sag once someone else climbs in first (meg was the first to go, although i jumped in about 0.5 seconds later)

-You can have deep conversations while crusing at 15mph behind a bunch of tired cyclists.

-It is hard to keep track of your stuff if you arent wearing it. If anyone come across a helmet with my name on it, let me know, i need it tommorow morning

WILL I DO IT AGAIN?

stay tuned (but i hope not)
