Some minor adjustments

So after being refitted on my bike and some posture checking, I am back in full gear on my training. Long story short, my cleets were in a wierd position that was causing over-work on my joints and kneecap which was why cycling was painful for me. With some new shoes and my new posture, I went from not being able to do 10 miles without stopping from pain to doing two 50mile rides back to back in a matter of days. I am continuing my physical therapy because I figured I can only benefit from it. My therapist, Ariel, is super nice and professional. She has showed me some at-home excercises that are building up my hip and glute muscles so that I am not stressing the other muscles in my leg. I am going in for a check up a week from today to se how much those muscles have improved. Then we go on our spring break training ride for 3 days. It is going to give us a little taste of what the summer should be like. I am excited that I am back to normal and the weather is starting to become more biker-friendly.

train + pain = GAIN,

John
