well the time has come for me to say goodbye to the Texas4000 crew. we parted ways this morning at the Alaskan border and i am now sitting at a little internet place in Whitehorse. i have to admit, i was almost in tears. Melissa asked if i was sad to be going, and i wasn't sure what to say. i was sad, of course, but i was also excited. i wish i could elaborate, but it's kind of hard.

i'll be sleeping in a church parking lot tonight, so i'll try to write some memories and such, and post them here.
