by Laura Noll Jul 18, 2004 Our rest day is coming to a close and what a wonderful stay we've had here in Prince George. Canadians are more than hospitable and our hosts have spoiled us rotten. I am seriously in love with Canada. We arrived to smiling faces, the tour on TV, an awesome dinner, and the opportunity to give a cancer presentation. We really couldn't have asked for more. I curled up a BED after watching part of a movie and had the best sleep of the trip. I spent the majority of today day shopping for team groceries, cleaning up the van, and getting ready for the 10 camping trip to Whitehorse. Martina, John, and I ventured to CostCo to buy bulk groceries around 1. Groceries for 10 days and 20 people amounts to 3 huge carts of food and a lot of organization. At least I know where everything is now. This team is great about coming together and helping eachother out until everything is done. Many thanx to the people who helped us out today. As for the remainder of the evening I plan to hit up Timmy's (coffee) and finish off some laundry. We roll out tomorrow at 8. Not long until Sierra links up with us. I'm so excited.
