Banff and Jasper are just out of this world! I have cell service because T-Mobile is apparently contracted with Rogers Wireless (Canadian Mobile Mogul). All is well with the team and we are getting very creative with our cooking. Tex-Mex on the campfire can happen as we found out last night with some dee-lish tacos.

But, my knees feel awful. I've run into the same arthritic feeling when I was running a lot, but this time they feel like I'm 92. Today I cycled 70 miles with the pain, but tomorrow I might have to get in the van. If this happened in Austin, I would simply swim for a week until they felt better. So, this will indeed be a challenge.

Anyhow, while I am in Jasper and tourist trap central, Laura

and I will have some Sushi so I must go. Hope to get to the net again soon though.
