July 3: Helena, MT

Today was long. 110 miles long. We are in the middle of a 5 day stretch of looooong days. I think everyone is rather tired. I know I certainly am. On the bright side I managed to avoid the afternoon mountain storm by stopping in Townsend for two delicious rootbear floats. AND I had the pleasure of taking a much needed shower at a local health club. It was so amazing... the place even had a hot-tub. You learn to really appreciate showers on a trip like this. As we were driving home we saw the most beautiful double rainbow. It was huge and appeared to end into the roof of a cathedral. I must crash out because wake up is at 5:30 tomorrow. Sigh...

Love ya'll lots,

Laura
