Day 17

Today we got another police escort out of Page and were at the Utah border in no time. The ride went as usual and we were in Kanab in no time. Out main contact here in Kanab is a man who goes by the name "Cowboy Ted." He's a great guy who works for the tourism department here in Kanab and speaks to kids about how to live healthy lives. He was extremely helpful and very kind. We are staying at the Crazy Horse Campgrounds and were treated to another good meal. This time is was barbeque and steak, probably the best meal yet. This trip is really all about the food. The campgrounds also let us use their main building to play some free video games or play pool. The people that we have encountered so far have been extremely nice and helpful. This ride would not be possible without the generosity that the people along the way have shown us. Many thanks to all,
