We crossed a state border today!!! Texas into New Mexico. I'm kind of in shock that we actually rode our bikes out of Texas!!!

Tonight we're staying in Clovis, NM. We ate a wonderful dinner at an awesome church and I ate the best homemade ice cream I think I've ever had (to the preacher who made the ice cream... if you're reading this, if would you send the recipe to laurenlulu@gmail.com I would be forever in your debt.)

I'm pretty exhausted. It was a long day- 105.8 miles and over 1000 ft higher in elevation. But the weather over all was lovely which was such a blessing.

Sorry this blog entry is pretty lame. I'm super tired and just want to sleep, but I'm not sure when I'll have internet again so I thought I'd blog while I have the chance.
