It's the day before we leave. I just got back from packing the vans, picking up our sponsor magnets, and getting my bike from Bicycle Sport Shop. It's got new brake pads so it's all ready to go. Thanks to the guys over in their shop! Ya'll are great. :-)

After getting some last minute items and shoving them into my bag which has not only been around the world but also looks like a log... or maybe a tree trunk. We're not really a glamorous bunch (Brett- our "happy schoolgirl" might disagree) but you can draw your own conclusions from the photos I'm about to upload. The vans look like they are going to be great.

Meg is working on a cheer that goes "something something we are strong... something something cancer be gone..." or something like that. Maybe ya'll will get to see it on the documentary Skip and his buddies are making.

It was really hot today out in the Sun and Ski parking lot (99 degrees according to Brynn's pocket knife). We are all staying hydrated (yes mom) in preparation for tomorrow's ride to Temple, TX. It's going to be a hot one.

I am so exicted I can hardly stand it. I don't think anyone has gotten much sleep in the last couple days I can't imagine tonight will be much different. It's like Christmas!!!
