Tribute Gala FAQ
Where do I park for the event?
Guests can valet park for a reduced parking rate of $25. There is also a self-parking option for $15 per car. The garage for self-parking is on the Brazos Street side of the hotel. View a map of parking options here.
I’m coming from out of town and need a place to stay.
Why, the JW Marriott Austin of course! We have a limited room block at the hotel. Tribute attendees are able to book at the $199 group rate by following this link or calling the reservations line at 844-473-3959. For attendees who call, please make sure to mention that you are booking on the Texas 4000 Tribute Gala room block. All reservations should be made before the cutoff date, August 8.
How do I get tickets for the VIP Reception?
VIP Reception tickets are only available through event sponsorship.
What is the attire?
We suggest cocktail attire. Short or long dresses for women (This year’s theme has a metallic hue if you’re looking for ideas.); sport coats or suits for men – ties are optional, whatever your style & taste! Are there vegetarian options for the dinner?
Yes, vegetarian meals are available upon request. Just let your server know that you’re a vegetarian and they’ll bring you the vegetarian meal.
